New Study for People with MASLD/MASH (No Cirrhosis) – See If You Qualify!

About The Study

 

Do you have MASLD or MASH but no cirrhosis? You may qualify for a research study testing a once-weekly injection to see if it can improve liver health and reduce the risk of serious liver complications. Participants will continue their usual care and add either the study medication or a placebo.

To take part in the study, participants should be:

  • Must be at least 18 years old 
  • With or without Type 2 Diabetes (A1c less than or equal to 10.0%).
       – If you have T2D you cannot be using bolus (short-acting) insulin
  • BMI of 25 or higher

What Is a Study?

  • A clinical study helps advance the future of diabetes! Research patients try new meds or devices not yet available to the public, at no cost to them.
  • Research patients meet with a study coordinator and doctor multiple times to monitor them.
  • Each visit, patients are compensated for travel expenses.
  • Study patients must meet a list of criteria in order to be a part of a study.
  • A study can last anywhere from six months to a few years.
