Living with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes? Join a CGM Research Study

About the Study

This study is for patients with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes. Participants will wear up to 4 Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) for up to 16 days. They will attend up to 3 in clinic visits and be required to perform at-home fingersticks. The goal of the study is to determine how well the CGM System works in real-world conditions.

Join the study if you meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 and older.
• Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes on Intensive Insulin Therapy (IIT) for at least 3 months.
• Must be willing to wear up to 4 CGMs and perform daily fingerstick testing as required.
• Able to speak, read, and write English.
• Have a smartphone with capabilities to connect with the study app.
