About the Study

This study is for patients with Type 2 Diabetes who are only taking Metformin for treatment. Participants will either be assigned to a newly approved once-weekly injection (Mounjaro) or treatment will be decided by our doctors.

You will receive the study med or other diabetes treatment at no charge, if prescribed to you by our doctors.

Participant Eligibility Criteria ( To take part in the study )

Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes within the last 4 years
A1C between 7.0% and 9.5%
Currently taking Metformin only
