About the Study
Are you an Iowa Medicaid recipient with diabetes? Join our study to assess the effectiveness of Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) alongside lifestyle changes in managing blood sugar levels. During the 6-month study, you’ll receive CGM sensors at no cost and regular visits with our diabetes specialists.
If you meet the following criteria, we’d love to have you participate:
- Enrolled in Iowa Medicaid or meets low income requirements ( <200% of poverty level )
- Not on insulin
- A1C of 7.5 – 10
- Willing to wear a sensor for 6 months
