This study is for adults who have had Type 2 Diabetes for at least 6 months and have been using insulin for at least 13 weeks. The goal is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the twiist system – a smart insulin pump that adjusts insulin automatically based on your body’s needs.
Participants will switch from their current insulin method (like injections or standard pumps) to the twiist system during the study. You’ll also take part in study-guided meal and exercise challenges.
