Living with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes? Join a CGM Research Study
About The Study
This study is for patients with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes. Participants will wear up to 4 Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) for up to 16 days. They will attend up to 3 in clinic visits and be required to perform at-home fingersticks. The goal of the study is to determine how well the CGM System works in real-world conditions.
To take part in the study, participants should be:
- Aged 18 and older.
- Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes on Intensive Insulin Therapy (IIT) for at least 3 months.
- Must be willing to wear up to 4 CGMs and perform daily fingerstick testing as required.
- Able to speak, read, and write English.
- Have a smartphone with capabilities to connect with the study app.
What Is a Study?
- A clinical study helps advance the future of diabetes! Research patients try new meds or devices not yet available to the public, at no cost to them.
- Research patients meet with a study coordinator and doctor multiple times to monitor them.
- Each visit, patients are compensated for travel expenses.
- Study patients must meet a list of criteria in order to be a part of a study.
- A study can last anywhere from six months to a few years.
