This study is for individuals with Type 2 Diabetes who are currently not taking insulin. Participants will add either a once-weekly long-acting investigational insulin or an approved daily long-acting insulin to their current diabetes treatment. The goal of the study is to compare the investigational weekly insulin and approved daily insulin by looking at changes in A1C over the course of the study.
